We provide educational materials and/or supportive materials to assist the applicant in creating a final product for their vision. We will provide constructive feedback to ensure that the proposal meets all the requirements set forth by the funding source. Lastly, we want to support the proposal writers throughout their process and help them become confident in the services they can provide for TMCS. Not only will we support the applicant, but we will support the Beclourt School District #7 by establishing reporting dates for approved proposals to guarantee the efficiency of the proposal.

Arguably, one of the most difficult components of writing a successful proposal is to verify that all proposals meet the requirements of ESSER funding and the Belcourt School District #7 standards. Funding must be connected to allowable costs and approved by the Department of Public Instruction before a proposal can be granted. Also, the proposal must meet the needs of the TMCS students and the goals of the school district.

Tribal Nations Research Group is the designated Data Center for the TMBCI community. TNRG has a plethora of data to share with applicants if needed. If we do not have the data in our system we can help in finding the data to connect to the proposals. Overall TNRG will provide data and data connections to applicants to include valuable information and evidence-based resources/references to their proposals.

TNRG recognizes that applicants may need more support than others and that is the service TNRG is providing. We understand that administration at the schools may not have time to provide assistance but they would like to give the opportunity to those employees and community members to apply. TNRG will assist in expediting the process so that proposals meet the standards set forth by ESSER and BSD #7.
